cookies for breakfast

Char defends this choice by stating that she's going to eat the cookies anyway, so there's no point in getting the calories from both. She really is the smartest woman I know. The problem is that I sometimes tend to be a zealot. Some days I've extended this thinking to cookies for breakfast, cookies for snack, cookies for lunch, cookies for snack, actually eating dinner because Matt's around and I'd be embarrassed to have cookies for dinner and then once again, cookies for snack. It all works out, right? No wonder Howie asks for candy first thing.

my son learned it from me too, i.e. what he threw up at church. i've been known to say, "you can't have cookies for breakfast" and go around the corner and enjoy my breakfast cookie.

My favorite breakfast food is cake....especially a store bought cake with buttercream frosting.....can't beat that and a cold glass of milk!! My philosopy is that it's not any worse than a donut. :)

I concur with Stephanie!

But when there is no cake around, I certainly won't be hatin' the cookie. :)

Anything sweet for breakfast, gets you moving right? Best get the carbs and sugar in the AM, you have all day to burn it off.

If you were me you'd definitely have to throw in some cake, ice cream and chocolate chips, just to get your food groups covered.
